A TREE WITHOUT ROOTS
How long can a tree live if its connection to its roots is severed? How long will it continue to exist once it is lifeless but has not yet decayed? Is there a way back, and can that connection be restored? A dead tree cannot take root, but it is possible for a new tree to sprout from the root. Hayto’s characters race through the whirlwind of life until they reach a moment that changes them. However, it does not change their connection to their roots. Are we far from that? Have we forgotten? Do we have the chance within ourselves to seek out this connection and, by discovering it, to get to know ourselves better? I believe that the world described by Nikolay Haitov has not disappeared and will not disappear as long as there is someone to remind us of it.
